Born in Wonosobo, Indonesia. Tyovan started his career in the tech industry, he was once a hacker, and in his second year of high school, he founded his own company, namely Vemobo which focused on software & mobile app development agency.
In 2012, he was responsible for developing the reporting and coordination system, a project from the President of the Republic of Indonesia at that time, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Moreover, alongside Vemobo, he developed several kinds of information systems for private companies, high-state institutions, and ministries in Indonesia.
In 2013, Tyovan was invited by Stanford University, USA to represent Indonesia to join an innovation competition in technology and successfully made it to the top five competing with participants from 38 countries.
For almost one and a half months in the USA, he managed to go around Silicon Valley and Silicon Alley to observe the startup environment in the center of world’s innovation. He met a lot of high-profile people and learned directly from them.
In the same year, he was responsible as a Country Manager of Dolphin Browser to bring this Dolphin Browser to win the competition in the Indonesian market.
Tyovan was chosen as one of the 100th young innovators in the world from YouNoodle, based in Silicon Valley, USA. Moreover, his story was also published by a famous German magazine “Frankfurt Quarterly” as a prodigy from Asia. In Indonesia, he is known as a promising young innovator and entrepreneur.
He founded his company in Education Technology, namely Bahaso in 2015 as the thesis project when he was at the university. After exiting and selling his company Bahaso, in 2020 Tyovan started to make his new company named Edumo.id, a digital learning solution for corporations.
Tyovan and his team have a mission to educate Indonesian society through foreign language acquisition and envisioned to encourage Indonesian people to be able to compete globally and ready to face ASEAN free trade.
