Terms and Conditions

ORDER

1. The order of each batch closes on Sunday at 12:00.
2. Confirm payment by Sunday noon at 15:00.

MENU

1. The menu is always changing every week.
2. Admin will publish the menu before Monday.
3. Reservations can only be made per program, can not mix & amp; match menu, customize menu, or switch programs in the middle of the week.

DAY OFF

1. A day off request please confirm at least 3 days before your leave.
2. A sudden notification made on H-day can not be granted.
3. For those of you who take Bi-Weekly / Monthly Subscription, leave can be done maximum 1 batch / 1 week.
4. If you will be out of town for several days during the program, the customer must notify BeFit Kitchen before Monday.
5. Delivery of food can be stopped when you take leave.
6. The replacement of leave is done the following week after your return to Yogyakarta.
7. The replacement of leave is done according to the day you are on leave. For example, you take leave on Wednesday-Thursday, January 1-2. So, the replacement of leave will also be done on Wednesday-Thursday, January 8-9 (next week).
8. If you do not want to take leave, food can be transferred to another party (eg sent to another address, or sent to your relatives). If you choose this option, you will not get a replacement for leave because your food has already been sent to another party.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE

1. Especially for BestaryRegular program, ordering menu “without rice” is subject to additional fee of
   $10 / meal, but free charge for BeFit +
2. So, if there is a rice menu of 5x in a week (1 batch), then the additional cost is
   for $ 25.
3. Rice will be replaced with other carbohydrates such as potatoes, yams, etc.
